Rainwater Harvesting - How Tucson Changed Its Ways

This is the story of how one man, Brad Lancaster, rediscovered the lost art of 'rainwater harvesting.' With few resources and a flair of trying the unknown, he set out to solve a critical problem: Tucson's annual rainfall, equal to annual consumption on water that came mostly from the Colorado River several hundred miles away, just flowed away.
